Altibbi partnered with Haleon on the ‘Healthy Saudi Smile’ campaign in Saudi Arabia, providing Arabic-language medical access to support a nationwide push for better oral health awareness. The collaboration focused on turning educational content into direct, real-time connections with licensed doctors through Altibbi’s telehealth platform.
Haleon, the global consumer health company behind Sensodyne, Parodontax, Corega and Pronamel Kids, led the creative and media execution. Altibbi, one of the largest digital-health platforms in the Arab world with millions of monthly users, supplied the medical layer by enabling instant consultations and ensuring that the campaign’s messaging was delivered with clinical accuracy in Arabic.
The campaign used science-based oral health content aimed at encouraging preventive habits among families across the Kingdom. By directing users to Altibbi’s network of certified physicians, the initiative connected education with actionable support, allowing people to seek guidance within minutes of engaging with the material.
“Health awareness must lead to action,” said Jalil Allabadi, CEO and Co-Founder of Altibbi. “Haleon trusted Altibbi to bridge education and access, helping people move from learning about oral health to receiving expert care through our platform.”
Darsana Nair, General Manager of Haleon Saudi Arabia, said the partnership was designed to offer practical value. “Healthy Saudi Smile went beyond traditional awareness. Working with Altibbi allowed people to get immediate, credible advice on oral health through a channel they trust.”
The initiative aligns with Saudi Arabia’s growing focus on preventive healthcare and digital accessibility under Vision 2030, highlighting how global consumer health brands and regional telehealth platforms can collaborate to improve everyday health outcomes.
