Next thing is, people from the industry started inviting candidates from their networks, nothing new here! Surprisingly, the agency’s Facebook page proactively interacted with each mentioned candidate in a funny, engaging, and challenging way, which made the status goes viral in less than 24 hours.
Results so far: 386 resumes, 47 people called for interviews.
