Russia is a 146 million inhabitants market with 85 million Internet users and the 3rd trade partner of the EU. Moscow was ranked 2nd city in world for its talents and 13th overall, just behind Paris in the 2015 Global Startup Ecosystem Ranking made by Compass.
The visit of the French Minister of Economy at the end of January revived partnerships and economic exchanges between the two countries. The Inauguration of the French Tech Hub of Moscow is a good indicator of this dynamism and the Russian potential in the innovation field.

In Kazan, participants will visit the IT Park, the first and biggest incubator in Russia and Innopolis, the new Russian Silicon Valley. The delegation will take part in the Skolkovo Startup Village, the most important startup event of the year. Finally, RVC (Russian Venture Company) and the Moscow government will present the public policy to support innovation.
