Tottenham Scores Online With Facebook Live Broadcast

Tottenham Hotspur is the first football club to broadcast their Final Cup kickoff show on Facebook.
The show was streamed on Sunday via Spurs TV on Facebook “for the first time” as well as their website. The match itself however was not streamed due to broadcasting rights. Fans still tuned to TV channels to watch their favorite team.

Spurs fan base is estimated at 450 million with over 100 Official supporting clubs in more than 40 countries. The show was co-hosted by Ledly King who won the Cup in 2008. He answered questions from fans on Facebook and interviews with Spurs Chairman and members of the 2008 league cup-winning team as Woodgate and Jenas and celebrity Fans.
