Nagy’s inspiration came from a mobinil campaign mocking both Vodafone and Etisalat by featuring a red giant and a green genie. She adopted the red genie character, which was a hit for two years in a row, appealing to the prepaid segment.
Revolutionizing Vodafone’s digital experience
Nagy took Vodafone Egypt‘s new tariff to social media by launching Vodafone IN Facebook page, which is a unique activation in the telecom digital marketing field. The page targeted youth subscribers of Vodafone IN tariff plan, featuring popular underground bands and communicating in an appealing tone that breaks the formal barriers of the official corporate page.
Vodafone RED on Social Media
She continued to segment the digital fanbase, introducing Vodafone Egypt RED Facebook page in 2016, which is designed to engage postpaid customers with engaging content, exclusive offers and chances to attend special events.
She also ran a successful Vodafone Red campaigns, featuring celebrity brand ambassadors such as Ahmed Ezz, Zafer El-Abdeen and Arwa Gouda.
