  • Oversee key account management, renewal processes, and customer retention initiatives
  • Establish compensation plans and recognition systems tied to performance and growth metrics
  • Coach, hire, and manage a high-performing commercial team capable of hitting aggressive growth targets
  • Monitor market trends and conduct competitive analysis to identify new opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations to align revenue strategy

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven success in a senior commercial leadership role (CCO, VP Sales, Head of Business Development, etc.)
  • Experience building and managing large, distributed sales teams in high-growth environments
  • Strong background in consultative sales with the ability to build and close strategic partnerships
