Almost all Google services went down globally on 12:00 PM GMT, Google Business Suite including Email, Meets, Calendar, Drive, etc. In addition to Youtube, Adwords, Adsense as they return with error code 500.
Google monetization platform Adsense and advertising platform Adwords are down as well.
That said, Google Search and Maps are partially operating, as Google images service from the search-toolbar is down, and searching for a location/address in Maps returns with errors again.
