Vodafone Egypt Launches Tariff Plan For The Deaf

Vodafone Egypt launched a bunch of services to empower deaf and hard hearing customers with a new tariff plan, sign language call center, and in-store customer support.

The tariff plan which called “Bedon Kalam” was launched in 2009, now got a revamp that turns voice-call into video-calls with no extra minute rate charges, in addition to the tariff plan, Vodafone also offers sign language services at its outlets and a dedicated sign language call center which provides video-call customer support around the clock.
